dog trainingIt is basically the essential "get your dog in control" command. It is good for just about anything, Start off with this important command first before you move onto anything else.

But of course, just saying it isn't going to mean a whole lot. You are going to have to express itin a firm tone and manner.

I've seen people that plead to their dogs in a wimpy voice to sit. That's just not going to cut it.You have to say SIT!!!! The dog will eventually get used to the word and it will become like second nature after awhile.

These short, direct words will always grab the dog's attention. He has gotten used to the way younaturally speak, that he knows when you are just casually talking to him and when you mean business like when yousay SIT!!!!

He can distinguish between the two. Then, later on you can get to the other more common dog trainingcommands, like STAY, which is perfect for the dog that likes to trample you over when you first get back fromwork.

Also, when you are first teaching these dog training commands to the dog, make sure you have littletreats for him when he obeys you. He'll consider it like a payment.

He does something good, he gets a treat. After a while he'll just start obeying even though hedoesn't get a treat. It's important when you are first practicing your dog training commands not to give the dogtreats for no good reason, even when you are not training him.

It's like if you were a boss and you gave your employees extra money for just showing up.Obviously, they are going to get very spoiled if you treated them this way. It's the same exact thing for a dog.Pretend the treats are like cash. Then you'll know when best to use them.
